TCK coupling repair kit to suit 4040G150A & 4040G150B Ringfeder 40mm trailer couplings.
The rebuild kits and parts to suit the Ringfeder 4040G150 A and B tow couplings have been developed in Australia for the very competitive and demanding New Zealand transport market.
The Original Equipment (OE) tow coupling with a D rating of 137 kN and V rating of 40 kN will be well serviced by these parts to give an improved service life up to 3 times that of the OE parts supplied out of Europe.
TCK’s Australian manufactured parts are made from Australian made steel and heat treated by a process perfected for TCK Australia 17 years ago in Adelaide, South Australia.
TCK Australia coupling pins are designed and manufactured with a broader contact area between the coupling pin and tow eye bush increasing the service life between the pin and bush.
